We had a wonderful time at Alassari Plantation. We came for our anniversary and wanted a peaceful, quiet, beautiful place away from everywhere. And that's what we got. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the pool and gardens and jungle walks around the property were so lovely. Sitting on our balcony, we were right up in the jungle. Our room, Villa Tiga was beautiful although quite dark but that was fine. We didn't realise it would be quite a bit cooler up in the mountains and hadn't packed accordingly but the staff happily supplied us with ponchos which kept us warm. Massages were great. Communication was a bit difficult at times and there were issues regarding what we thought we had planned for the day regarding tours etc but we are easy going holiday makers so we didn't let it bother us. Overall a very wonderful stay, it was hard to leave today.

Me and my family spent 14 days in Bali and in 4 different resorts. This was by far the BEST resort we stayed. The staff, the restaurant, the view, the pool, the room, the bathroom, all is just perfect. We cannot complaint about anything or appoint a negative aspect. We request for the private family dinner by the pool which was magical (need to reserve in advance) with the food perfect, the staff making the best of it and the flowers/decoration just amazing. In summary it exceeds any kind of expectations you may have and from the beginning to end of your stay it will be more than perfect.

Amazing location, beautiful nature, very comfortable. Slow wifi, however maybe is better not to use it at all and just enjoy the surroundings and relax with a book. I would also find little map of the property very helpful, as it was not available and i felt little lost on the picturesque trails

The location, the environment, the tranquility, the paths through the rainforest, the swing bridge, the balcony/terrace, the rooms,the beds, bedlinen and pillows, the breakfasts and the staff were wonderful.

The place is amazing. Quiet. in nature in the cloud forest. There is a walking path at the destination with a bridge over the peaks and waterfalls. The food is excellent. The service is courteous, smiling and very friendly. The peace and quiet and the view are worth everything!

We stayed at Alassari for only 5 nights. The location is absolutely beautiful, The staff stood out above all else as warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. We had a honeymoon at Alassari and the staff helped make the day really memorable and special for us. The food is delicious and the drink are great!

We recently spent 3 beautiful days here and loved everything about this place. The staff are all exceptional in their warm, calm, friendly approach to service and the food was all delicious, as well as the wonderful massages in the spa. This was the perfect place for a relaxing break and we can’t wait to return.

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night visit at ALASSARI! . All I can say is wow. The spa experience was also very memorable!! Everything was above expectation. Service was impeccable. We could experience all sorts of things like yoga, village tour, and rainforest trekking. Will be here again soon!!
